Pick up Some Bt Now for Tomatoes, Corn and Grapes

The tomato fruit worm, corn earworm and hornworm season is on us. Protect these garden vegetables and your grape vines from these pests.
Without these sprays expect holes in your tomatoes and worms in your ears of corn. Hornworms are basic feeders and consume lots of different plants but normally dont destroy the fruits or vegetables you eat.

Bt is an organic approach toward controlling these insects. Spray tomato plants full coverage at dusk. Spray corn as soon as the silks appear and every three to four days until harvest. A cover spray over

the top on grapes, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant and other vegetables will keep hornworms in check.
